If Bokjeh is at fault for any order errors, don't worry, we cover the cost of everything. If there are any defects or mistake made in your order, customers are always covered under our full item replacement warranty and will not be expected to pay for any shipment charges. ♡
To be eligible for a refund or a reship, your item must be unused ,and, in the same condition that you received it. It also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
In the case that the order is lost by shipping carrier according to the tracking code update, you can request either refund or reship.
In the case you can request either refund or reshipment within 5 days of the order delivered. Please provide proof (such as photo or video) along with the request that shows the fault in your order.
You can request refund if the shipping time is late for more than 25 days. We do suggest customer wait a bit with patience, due to current shipping delays caused by COVID-19.
In the case that shipping delay or delivery failure caused by incorrect address, incorrect phone number, or other factors caused by recipient, Bokjeh does not offer refund or reshipment, and is not responsible for extra service fee caused. We suggest you contact last-mile shipping carrier for another delivery attempt. If delivery fails and last-mile carrier returns the parcel to us, Bokjeh can arrange redelivery attempt at cost of 10 USD per parcel.
If you receive a damaged or wrong order, contact us immediately at Hello@bokjeh.co and attach a picture that shows how the product is faulty. And we will make everything to make it right, and help you get the package you desire. you can either ask for a refund or you can ask for a reship.
Once we receive your email and inspect the pictures, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund (if you wish to refund) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Or if you wish to reship we will start processing the reshipment for you.
You must send the refund or reshipment request within 5 days of the order marked as delivered according to tracking code.
Bokjeh will check your request and will issue refund or arrange reshipment, if the proofs are valid. During the process, Bokjeh might ask for more information and customer should provide it within two business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, and contact your credit card company. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
